1. Who we are

CHẠM (tên trên cửa hàng ứng dụng: Chạm Studio Booking) là ứng dụng đặt lịch và quản lý phòng tập yoga cho hội viên, huấn luyện viên và quản trị viên. Đơn vị vận hành: Studio CHẠM, Việt Nam. Chúng tôi là bên kiểm soát dữ liệu cá nhân thu thập qua ứng dụng.

CHẠM (store name: Chạm Studio Booking) is a class-booking and studio-management app for members, coaches, and studio admins. The operator is CHẠM studio in Vietnam. We are the controller of personal data collected through the app.

2. Dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập

Chúng tôi chỉ thu thập dữ liệu cần thiết để cung cấp dịch vụ đặt chỗ, quản lý gói tập, điểm danh, thông báo và hỗ trợ tài khoản. Một số thông tin là bắt buộc để tạo tài khoản (tên đăng nhập, mật khẩu); ảnh đại diện và số điện thoại là tùy chọn.

We only collect data needed to provide booking, package management, attendance, notifications, and account support. Some data is required to create an account (username, password); a profile photo and phone number are optional.

Ứng dụng không thu thập vị trí chính xác, danh bạ, hay dữ liệu sức khỏe. Học phí được thanh toán ngoài ứng dụng; chúng tôi không lưu số thẻ ngân hàng hay thông tin ví điện tử.

The app does not collect precise location, contacts, or health data. Class fees are paid outside the app; we do not store bank card or e-wallet numbers.

3. Mục đích xử lý

Dữ liệu được xử lý để thực hiện hợp đồng dịch vụ với bạn và vận hành studio, cụ thể:

We process data to provide the service you request and to operate the studio, including:

• Tạo tài khoản, đăng nhập bằng tên đăng nhập và mật khẩu.
• Đặt chỗ lớp học, gắn gói tập, điểm danh và xem lịch sử buổi học.
• Gửi thông báo trong ứng dụng và thông báo đẩy (nhắc lịch, hủy buổi, thông báo studio) khi bạn cho phép.
• Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật qua hotline và Trung tâm hỗ trợ.
• Sau khi xóa tài khoản: giữ hồ sơ nghiệp vụ đã ẩn danh để studio đối soát gói tập, buổi học và kế toán.
• Giữ ứng dụng ổn định (phân tích sự cố, cấu hình từ xa).

• Create an account and sign in with username and password.
• Book classes, attach packages, take attendance, and show class history.
• Send in-app and push notifications (reminders, cancellations, studio announcements) when you allow them.
• Provide support via the hotline and in-app Support center.
• After account deletion: keep an anonymized operational record so the studio can reconcile packages, classes, and accounting.
• Keep the app stable (diagnostics, remote configuration).

4. Chia sẻ với bên thứ ba

4. Sharing with third parties

Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu cá nhân. Dữ liệu chỉ được chuyển cho nhà cung cấp kỹ thuật khi cần để chạy ứng dụng:

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with technical providers needed to run the app:

• Supabase (máy chủ tự vận hành) — đăng nhập, cơ sở dữ liệu, lưu ảnh đại diện và xử lý nghiệp vụ.
• Google Firebase (kể cả trên Android qua Google Play services) — thông báo đẩy (Cloud Messaging), Analytics, Remote Config. Xem Chính sách quyền riêng tư của Google.
• Apple — khi bạn tải ứng dụng từ App Store, Apple có thể xử lý dữ liệu theo chính sách của Apple.
• Google Play — khi bạn tải ứng dụng từ Google Play, Google có thể xử lý dữ liệu theo chính sách của Google.

• Supabase (self-hosted) — sign-in, database, avatar storage, and business logic.
• Google Firebase (including on Android via Google Play services) — push notifications (Cloud Messaging), Analytics, Remote Config. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
• Apple — when you download the app from the App Store, Apple may process data under Apple’s privacy policy.
• Google Play — when you download the app from Google Play, Google may process data under Google’s policies.

Quản trị viên và huấn luyện viên của studio chỉ xem được dữ liệu cần cho vận hành (lịch học, điểm danh, gói tập), theo vai trò được cấp. Firebase có thể xử lý dữ liệu trên máy chủ ngoài Việt Nam; chúng tôi chỉ dùng các dịch vụ này để vận hành ứng dụng, không dùng cho quảng cáo.

Studio admins and coaches only see data needed to operate (schedule, attendance, packages), according to their role. Firebase may process data on servers outside Vietnam; we use these services to operate the app, not for advertising.

5. Quyền trên thiết bị

5. Device permissions

Ứng dụng chỉ xin quyền khi tính năng cần đến. Bạn có thể từ chối; một số tính năng khi đó sẽ không dùng được.

The app asks for a permission only when a feature needs it. You can refuse; some features will then be unavailable.

• Máy ảnh / Thư viện ảnh — chỉ khi bạn chọn ảnh đại diện.
• Lịch — chỉ khi bạn thêm buổi học vào lịch trên máy.
• Thông báo (iOS và Android) — nhắc lịch và thông báo studio. Tắt trong ứng dụng: Cá nhân → Thông báo đẩy, hoặc trong Cài đặt hệ thống.

• Camera / Photos — only when you choose a profile photo.
• Calendar — only if you add a class to the device calendar.
• Notifications (iOS and Android) — class reminders and studio alerts. Turn them off in the app: Profile → Push notifications, or in system Settings.

6. Lưu trữ và xóa tài khoản

6. Retention and account deletion

Hội viên có thể xóa tài khoản ngay trong ứng dụng: Cá nhân → Xóa tài khoản (yêu cầu của App Store và Google Play). Thao tác này không hoàn tác được. Huấn luyện viên và quản trị viên liên hệ studio để được xóa.

Members can delete their account in the app: Profile → Delete account (required by the App Store and Google Play). This cannot be undone. Coaches and admins should contact the studio to request deletion.

Dữ liệu tài khoản đang hoạt động được lưu trong thời gian bạn dùng dịch vụ và trong thời hạn studio cần để vận hành lớp học, theo quy định pháp luật. Nhật ký kỹ thuật có thể được giữ trong thời gian ngắn để xử lý sự cố.

Active account data is kept while you use the service and for as long as the studio needs it to run classes, as required by law. Technical logs may be kept briefly to debug issues.

7. Không bán dữ liệu, không quảng cáo

• Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu cá nhân.
• Chúng tôi không dùng dữ liệu để chạy quảng cáo, không chia sẻ với mạng quảng cáo hay môi giới dữ liệu.
• Chúng tôi không theo dõi bạn trên ứng dụng khác để nhắm quảng cáo.
• Firebase Analytics (nếu bật) chỉ phục vụ vận hành và ổn định ứng dụng, không phục vụ quảng cáo.

• We do not sell personal data.
• We do not use data for advertising, and we do not share it with ad networks or data brokers.
• We do not track you across other apps for advertising.
• Firebase Analytics, if enabled, is used only to operate and stabilize the app, not for ads.

Theo pháp luật Việt Nam (Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân) và chính sách của Apple/Google, bạn có thể:

Under Vietnamese law (Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection) and Apple/Google store rules, you may:

• Xem và cập nhật hồ sơ trong ứng dụng.
• Tắt thông báo đẩy bất kỳ lúc nào.
• Yêu cầu xóa tài khoản như mục 6.
• Liên hệ studio để được hỗ trợ truy cập, chỉnh sửa hoặc khiếu nại về dữ liệu cá nhân.

• View and update your profile in the app.
• Turn off push notifications at any time.
• Request account deletion as in section 6.
• Contact the studio to access, correct, or complain about your personal data.

9. Trẻ em

Ứng dụng dành cho người từ 13 tuổi trở lên. Chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ dưới 13 tuổi. Nếu phát hiện tài khoản của trẻ dưới 13 tuổi, chúng tôi sẽ xóa hoặc ẩn danh tài khoản đó. Trẻ vị thành niên tập tại studio cần có người giám hộ đồng ý việc sử dụng dịch vụ.

The app is intended for people 13 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we learn that we have an account for a child under 13, we will delete or anonymize it. Minors who train at the studio should use the service with a parent or guardian’s consent.

10. Bảo mật

Dữ liệu được truyền bằng HTTPS (mã hóa khi gửi). Mật khẩu được hệ thống đăng nhập lưu dưới dạng đã mã hóa, nhân viên không xem được mật khẩu gốc. Quyền xem dữ liệu trong studio được giới hạn theo vai trò (hội viên / huấn luyện viên / quản trị viên). Không hệ thống nào an toàn tuyệt đối; hãy dùng mật khẩu mạnh và không chia sẻ tài khoản.

Data is sent over HTTPS (encrypted in transit). Passwords are stored hashed by the authentication system; staff cannot see the original password. Access to studio data is limited by role (member / coach / admin). No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong password and do not share your account.

Khi nội dung thay đổi, chúng tôi cập nhật ngày hiệu lực ở đầu trang và đăng bản mới tại địa chỉ này. Nếu thay đổi mang tính trọng yếu, chúng tôi sẽ thông báo trong ứng dụng khi phù hợp.

When this policy changes, we update the effective date at the top and publish the new version at this URL. For material changes, we will notify you in the app when appropriate.
